If you are a consumer and have concluded a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we shall refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, including delivery costs.
You must return the goods undamaged and in their original packaging no later than 14 days after notifying us. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
