General Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These general terms of service ("terms") govern the use of the website and the purchase of products/services from FULL STACK, Dario Horvat s.p., with its registered office at Lendavske gorice 412b, 9220 Lendava, registration number: 8842205000, VAT number: 53772881 (hereinafter referred to as "the provider"). These terms are prepared in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Act on the Protection of Consumers Against Unfair Commercial Practices (ZVPNPP), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), and the GDPR.

2. Use of the Website

Users agree to use the website in compliance with applicable legislation and these terms, and not to:

  • interfere with the operation of the website or its infrastructure,
  • distribute malicious software,
  • collect personal data of other users,
  • use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Offers and Prices

All prices on the website are expressed in EUR and include 22% value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The provider reserves the right to change prices.

4. Order and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded when the provider receives and confirms the buyer's order via email. The provider reserves the right to reject an order in the case of an obvious error in price, stock, or other reasons.

5. Payment

Payment is possible:

  • by debit/credit card through a secure payment provider (Stripe),
  • by proforma invoice via bank transfer to the provider's account,
  • by other means, if specified for an individual product.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are indicated on the website at the time of placing the order. The provider strives for timely delivery but is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Period)

In accordance with Article 134 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the consumer shall send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to the email address dario.horvat@fullstack.si or by post to the provider's registered address. The consumer may also use the standard withdrawal form.

The provider shall refund all payments received (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications, perishable goods, and digital content where delivery has commenced with the consumer's express consent.

8. Material Defects and Complaints

The consumer may claim a material defect of goods in accordance with Article 81 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Notice of the defect must be given to the provider within 2 months from the day the defect was discovered. The provider shall respond to the complaint within 8 working days.

9. Event Registration

Event registration is binding. The user may cancel the registration no later than 48 hours before the start of the event, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the property of the provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without the provider's prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 32 of the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS), the provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent. The consumer may resolve any dispute through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Limitation of Liability

The provider strives for the accuracy and timeliness of information but does not guarantee its completeness. The provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

13. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court at the provider's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.

15. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website.
